Pumpkin Patch 2011

This past Saturday we visited a local Pumpkin Patch, Renick's to be exact. We went there when Amelia was 1, but I think we had more fun than she did. However, this time Amelia had a blast! She and Lincoln were running through the pumpkin patch and Amelia took painstakingly care in picking out her pumpkins. She even picked out one of my favorites. :) Lincoln had fun, but he could not walk a few feet without falling flat on his face. He did have fun, but eventually I was sacking him around along with a pumpkin or two I wanted to snag. All in all we brought home two big, two medium and two small pumpkins. Its an all you can carry patch for $25. There was also a playground the kids could play on along with a haystack maze. Amelia and Lincoln particularly loved this, evidenced below.

Fall is my favorite time of the year and I hope my kids love it just as much. They did appear to enjoy themselves that day. Since then they've they oooh'ed and aaah'ed over the pumpkins displayed on our porch, well Amelia more so than Lincoln. He just points at everything and says "DAH!" :)
